the front desk remembered i stayed before a very cozy feeling i appreciated the spacious immaculate room the views of commonwealth avenue at christmas were good i really felt at home. e-check-in in advance made my arrival smooth valet parking was relaxed and helpful. i found the room quiet with a well-designed space.
the absence of a dedicated hotel bar was noticeable it requires using a small bar as part of the entrance to a restaurant.

i found the staff warm. they were accommodating. the location is also convenient. it allows easy access to restaurants and symphony hall by foot.
it lacked counter space, and the shower head was terrible. the old, stained tile also needs to be replaced.

The room had a rainfall shower and two sinks. The minibar was stocked with various drinks and snacks. I appreciated that. I noticed the room service was prompt and efficient. The staff brought my order within thirty minutes. I found fresh towels and toiletries were provided daily. That's a detail I always look for.
The gym only has a few dumbbells. It could use more equipment

the location was acceptable. it allowed for easy access to nearby attractions.
i was disappointed. the air conditioning was noisy. it made loud banging sounds whenever it switched on, disturbing my sleep. additionally, several overhead lights did not work. there were switches, but no functioning lights attached to them.

the room i had was smaller then i expected. also, there was a strange noise in the walls and it really disturbed my sleep. i did not get a good rest because of this. the parking service was also very slow, even though i asked for my car in advance.
